Replace the ink cartridges

1. Load unused plain white Letter or A4-sized paper into the input tray.

2. Press the Power button to turn on the printer, if it is not already turned on.

Remove the empty cartridge
3. Open the cartridge access door by placing two fingers under one or both of the small handles on the sides of the cartridge access door and then lifting it up. Wait until the print cartridge cradle is idle and silent before you continue.

4. Lightly press down on the cartridge to release it, and then pull the cartridge toward you out of its slot. Set it aside for recycling.
– Remove the cartridge from the slot on the left to replace the tri-color cartridge.
– Remove the cartridge from the slot on the right to replace the black cartridge.

Insert the new cartridge
5. Remove the new cartridge from its package. Be careful to only touch the black plastic on the ink cartridge by holding the ink cartridge by its sides.

6. Pull the coloured tab to remove the protective tape from the cartridge.



Do NOT:
– Remove the copper electrical strip.
– Touch the copper-colored contacts or the ink nozzles.
– Replace the protective tape on the contacts.

7. Hold the cartridge by its sides with the nozzles toward the printer, and then insert the cartridge into its slot at a slight upward angle. Make sure that the icon on the cartridge matches the icon on the slot.
– Insert the tri-color cartridge into the left slot.
– Insert the black cartridge into the right slot.

8. Repeat steps 5 through 7 to insert the other cartridge, if necessary.

9. Close the cartridge access door. The printer starts an initialization process. It is normal for the printer to make noises during this process.

Align the cartridges

The HP printer software prompts you to align the ink cartridges when you print a document after installing a new ink cartridge.
– Touch OK.
– Wait for the printer to calibrate and align the cartridges. After the alignment is complete, the printer prints an alignment page.
– Load the cartridge alignment sheet print side down on the right front corner of the scanner glass.

– Follow the instructions on the printer display to align the cartridges, and then discard or recycle the alignment page.

The alignment page did not print?
If the alignment page did not print automatically, you can align the cartridges manually from the printer software.

– In the printer software, click Print & Scan, and then click Maintain Your Printer to access the Printer Toolbox.
– In Printer Toolbox, click Align Cartridges on the Device Services tab. The printer prints an alignment sheet.

Replace the ink cartridges

1. Before you replace the cartridges load plain white Letter or A4-sized paper in the input tray.

2. Press the Power button to turn on the printer, if it is not already on.

3. Open the front access door. The print carriage moves to the far right side of the product. Wait until the carriage is idle and silent before you continue.

Remove the old cartridge
4. Lightly press down on one of the old cartridges to release it, and then pull the cartridge toward you out of its slot, and then set it aside for recycling. Remove the cartridge from the slot on the left to replace the tri-color cartridge. Remove the cartridge from the slot on the right to replace the black cartridge.

Insert a new cartridge
5. Remove the new cartridge from its package. Be careful to touch only the black plastic on the cartridge.

6. Gently remove the plastic tape using the pink pull tab.

7. Slide the cartridge forward into the empty slot. Slide the new ink cartridge at a slight upward angle into the empty slot, and then gently push the ink cartridge until it snaps into place.
If you are installing the tri-color ink cartridge, slide it into the left slot. If you are installing a black ink cartridge, slide it into the right slot.

8. Repeat these steps to install the other ink cartridge, if necessary.

9. Close the front access door.

10. Press OK. The HP All-in-One prints an ink cartridge alignment sheet.

Align the cartridges
The HP All-in-One prompts you to align cartridges every time you install or replace an ink cartridge. You can also align the ink cartridges at any time from the device control panel or by using the software you installed with the device. Aligning the ink cartridges ensures high-quality output. If you remove and reinstall the same ink cartridge, the device will not prompt you to align the ink cartridges. It remembers the alignment values for that ink cartridge, so you do not need to realign the ink cartridges.

11. Open the scanner lid, and then place the printed alignment page face down on the scanner glass in the front right corner with the top of the page to the right.

12. Close the scanner lid and then press OK.

13. Recycle or discard the ink cartridge alignment sheet.

The alignment page did not print?
If the printer did not print an alignment page, follow these steps to manually align the printer:
– Open HP Solution Center: Click Start, click All Programs, click HP, and then click HP Solution Center.
– In HP Solution Center, click Settings.
– In the Print Settings section, click Printer Toolbox. The printer Toolbox opens in a new window.
– Click the Device Services tab.
– Click Align the Print Cartridges.
– Click Print Page. The product prints an alignment page.
– Go to step 11.

Loekie Foxy Lady LED Voorlicht – Batterijen Vervangen – Handleiding

Goed werkende verlichting op fietsen is van levensbelang. Het is dan ook erg belangrijk om de batterijen snel te vervangen als ze leeg of zwak zijn. Dit is een handleiding voor het vervangen van de in het voorspatbord ingebouwde LED koplamp van de Loekie Foxy Lady kinderfiets. Deze handleiding is echter ook voor andere Loeki fietsen te gebruiken, omdat de voorlamp vaak hetzelfde is. Het vervangen van de batterijen is niet moeilijk; er is alleen een schroevendraaiertje voor nodig. Het is niet nodig om de hele lamp te vervangen. Het is ook niet nodig om de fiets op te takelen.

Het Loekie Foxy Lady LED Voorlicht werkt met drie standaard alkaline batterijen, type AA “penlight”. Deze zijn groter dan de kleinere AAA variant (die in de achterlamp zitten). U kunt ook oplaadbare Ni-MH batterijen gebruiken. De levensduur van de batterijen is dan vermoedelijk korter.

Benodigdheden
– 1 kleine schroevendraaier
– 3 standaard AA “penlight” batterijen

1. Leg de fiets plat op zijn kant. Het is niet nodig de fiets op te takelen of op zijn kop te zetten. Op deze wijze kunt u de in het voorspatbord ingebouwde koplamp met batterijen het makkelijkst uit het spatbord schuiven. Het is ook mogelijk de fiets op zijn standaard rechtop te laten staan, terwijl u zelf op de grond zit.

2. Lokaliseer het schroefje. Het voorlicht met de batterijen kan alleen zonder schade uit het spatbord geschoven worden door eerst één klein schroefje te verwijderen. Het schroefje bevindt zich onderaan het doorzichtige plastic van de koplamp.

3. Gebruik de schroevendraaier om het schroefje, die de koplamp met de batterijen op zijn plaats houdt te verwijderen. Draai naar links, tegen de klok in. Er is maar één schroefje om te verwijderen. Leg de schroef apart en zorg dat u hem weer terug kunt vinden.

4. Gebruik dezelfde schroevendraaier om de koplamp enigszins omhoog te “hefbomen”. Plaats de schroevendraaierkop daarvoor onder het schroefdraad van het schroefje dat u zojuist verwijderd heeft.

5. Trek nu dekoplamp met de batterijen omhoog en helemaal uit het spatbord.

4. Verwijder de lege of zwakke AA batterijen. Vervang altijd alle batterijen, ook als er één nog niet leeg lijkt te zijn.

5. Plaats nu 3 nieuwe of opgeladen AA “penlight” batterijen in de batterijhouder. Let op dat u de batterijen op de juiste wijze plaatst met de plus- en minkant van de batterijen conform het tekeningetje op het zwarte plastic van de batterijhouder.

6. Plaats de koplamp met de nieuwe batterijen weer terug in het spatbord. Duw de hele lamp naar beneden, totdat hij niet meer verder gaat. Duw de lamp goed aan.

7. Draai het enkele schroefje weer vast. Draai hiervoor naar rechts, met de klok mee. Alles moet precies passen.

8. Schakel het voorlicht in. De rubberen ronde aan- uitschakelaar bevindt zich aan bovenzijde van de voorlamp. Als u de knop indrukt, gaat de lamp aan. Test of de verlichting naar behoren werkt, ook als er aan de fiets geschud wordt en u het voorwiel laat stuiteren.

Dat is alles! De fiets van uw kind is weer klaar voor veilig gebruik.
